Downtown Rahway
Enjoy original music and covers presented by regional musicians and performers from NJ and NYC, featuring seasoned musicians and fresh new local acts just breaking into the scene! The series has slowly grown into a downtown favorite offering genres for all musical tastes.
Cherry Street Park (59 E. Cherry Street)
Rahway’s River Goddess Mural is a backdrop to intimate acoustic solo and duo performances on Fridays throughout summer. See the full schedule of performances below.
The Arts District Park
Located at the corner of Irving Street and Central Avenue (across from Union County Performing Arts Center) features full bands performing their brand of funk, rock, blues and jazz on Saturday evenings June 4th through September 10th – 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
This summer, evenings are full of open air music so bring your lawn chairs and neighbors to Rahway’s downtown. All events are free and an easy walk from the train station. As well as are the many fine local eateries.
