ServSafe Manager Training Classes

The ServSafe Manager Certification verifies that a manager or person-in-charge has sufficient food safety knowledge to protect the public from foodborne illness. Individuals that successfully pass the 90-question, multiple-choice exam will receive a ServSafe Manager Certification and wallet card. The ServSafe Manager Certification is accredited by the American National Accreditation Board (ANAB) under the Conference for Food Protection Standards.

Part 1

June 8
9:00am–5:00pm

Part 2 + Exam

June 15
9:00am–3:00pm

Participants are asked to bring their own lunch, as there will be a 30-minutre lunch break.

Guide and Certificate of Completion will be provided.

Must pass with a minimum of 70% for the ServSafe Manager Certification.

Rahway Businesses: $75
Non-Rahway Businesses: $150
