Jivestock is a New Jersey-based roots/jam band from the Metuchen area. Blending blues, country boogie, Americana, and improvisational rock, you’ll hear covers of artists like The Meters, The Band, and Marvin Gaye while weaving in tight country fried funk originals with sizzling jams!
Jivestock has appeared at regional NJ events including the Bayonne Hometown Fair and is regularly featured at local venues such as Butch Kowal’s Tavern and Wet Ticket.
The Mayor’s Music Series features an array of talented local musicians. Come out and dance, bring a picnic or just stop by for a moment to listen.
