Position: Office Admin
SEASONAL: Now thru April 2022 – FULL TIME
Salary: $18 per hour
Candidate must possess solid organizational experience as well as good verbal communication skills and able to work Flexible hours including weekends in person only. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, answering phones, appointment scheduling, data entry, scanning, and other duties as assigned. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is a plus. Hourly pay rate of $18 an hour.

- Knowledge of basis Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word
- Proficient skills in basic math including addition, subtraction and multiplication
- Must be able to multi-task, be organized and have strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Floor Covering products ( carpet, resilient, wood, etc) preferred but not required.
- Duties: *
- Work directly with Flooring Manager to write up quotes and communicate with customers for order confirmations.
- Responsible for tracking orders from sale to PO, to order, to delivery to warehouse, to delivery to job site. Ability to track product for each job and expedite if necessary.
- Responsible for helping to maintain a clean and organized flooring showroom.
- Ability to prioritize while working on multiple projects at once.
- Provide invoices and statements as needed to customers and contractors.
- Answering phones, taking payments, and greeting customers.
- Other duties as assigned
